A Rebellious Spirit (On Women)

Natural to woman is to trust in man and allow natural order to flow, but what often arises in pain from a man’s failures (sinful nature) is the development of a rebellious (or resentful) spirit, and without a renewal of the heart, this rooting in disharmony can become a person’s new (contorted) identity.
Any man can plant this seed (ie. an absent father, a relative’s sexual abuse, a combative partner, affairs, etc.) and this rebellious spirit can manifest itself in many ways (ie. homosexuality, substance abuse, sexual promiscuity, distrust, anxiety, anger, etc.)
Women under the oppression of this spirit view traditional relationships as degrading, controlling and/or oppressive. This spirit rebels and seeks control and authority over the woman’s life (manifesting through aforementioned outlets.)
While on Earth this may not be a problem, but these traits frequently affect the woman’s ability to view God as a benevolent being - instead painting Him as an oppressive patriarch or a ‘form of control.’
This world promotes independence for women, as opposed to interdependence, which compounds on these issues.
The problem with suffering and human-nature is that we tend to pacify our pain using the external world, as opposed to digging into the problem internally. This ‘burial’ can become so natural that the problem becomes almost hidden from reality (buried under a range of newly-created superficial problems.)
Some embrace the contortions that sin created within their personality/ego - others seek healing.
Some people embrace this world - others seek God.
